In-house service calls were a mainstay for the local clientele and a small commercial location provided additional convenience, however it was the remote services that continued adding value to operations.\u00a0 Businesses across the province were very receptive to the attractive pricing and convenience of having a real technician servicing their networks from a remote location.<\/p>\n
That service model formed the basis of the current relationship with UserTutor Corporation.\u00a0 In 2012 we began servicing web development projects for UserTutor and contributing in the development of larger projects.<\/p>\n
Our core value over the years is always having a qualified technician present on all service work.\u00a0 A certain degree of automation is necessary to keeping costs and pricing manageable, but “set and forget” is not an attitude adopted by TheTechPlex.<\/p>\n

In 2010 we were providing white-label web development service to a regional marketing firm.\u00a0 Our projects consisted of simple HTML sites and more dynamic PHP websites, all of which were custom coded to match the approved layout.\u00a0 It was here that we introduced the idea of WordPress websites and multi-sites.\u00a0 The workload expanded quickly and our experience in all the facets of WordPress development and management rapidly evolved.\u00a0 It was a turning point for our service and delivery.<\/p>\n
